Omaha and the surrounding metro, with deep familiarity in Dundee, Field Club, Aksarben, Elmwood, and West Omaha including Elkhorn. I also work with clients buying or selling in Bellevue, La Vista, Papillion, Ralston, Millard, and Plattsmouth.

Do you work with first-time homebuyers?

Often. Buying your first home is one of the biggest decisions you'll make, and it deserves an agent who has time to walk you through every step — from understanding what you can actually afford, to making sense of the inspection report, to knowing what to expect at closing. I take on a limited number of clients specifically so I can be that person for you.

Do you represent both buyers and sellers?

Both. The work is different — buyers need help finding the right home, sellers need help positioning theirs to move — but the principle is the same. Full attention, honest communication, and showing up when you need answers.

With a team, you often get handed off.
